The winegrower’s museum - RASTEAU

Open April to September, from 2 to 6 in April May June September. Open 10 to 6 in July and August. Closed on Tuesdays and Sundays.

Museum, collection of old tools, and vinotheque with over 2000 bottles. Audiovisual presentation on the Côtes du Rhône and Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines. Tasting cellar (free tastings). The museum in Rasteau was founded by Paul Coulon in 1982, in an old farm on the estate. In addition to a fascinating collection of old tools, displayed in a warm, pleasant setting, there is also the 'Vinothèque', with over 2000 bottles, some of which are in hand-blown bottles and are over 100 years old. 7 rooms to visit, to discover the tools used in the past by our vintner ancestors, to grow the vines and make their wine. Visit on own with an audio-guide, in French and English for individuals. Guided tours for groups with tasting.
