Would you like to walk in the footsteps of a wine grower?
Cellars and vineyards enable you to take part in the grape picking during discovery days. Head into the vineyards to learn to recognise grape varieties, before picking a few grapes. Back in the cellars, you can learn the basics of wine making, from the stripping of the grapes to the fermentation of the juice in the vats. You can witness the creation of a wine through the careful blending of Grenache, Sirah and other grape varieties, and understand the diversity of southern Rhône Valley wines. These harvest days are designed to be fun and friendly, and they usually include lunch or picnic to give you time to taste the wine and engage in a friendly conversation with the wine-maker.
